mapolis is a new social network for real estate, which connects people, companies and buildings. Before the launch, mapolis wanted to offer a platform where fans of architecture are provided with news and informations about the industry: the mapolis magazine. The multilanguage online magazine is based on a blog and shows new projects, companies and people of the industry. The clou: the magazine is completely linked with facebook! Every blog article is posted instantly on facebook (and twitter) and every facebook comment is automatically synchronised to the blog. That just might be one of the reasons that the mapolis facebook page has already gathered more than 100.000 fans. We like! The whole development process was geared to provide an install profile for this site, so that the website could easily be replicated. This way we were able to launch a very similar mapolis magazine for real estate in addidion to the magazine for architecture in no time!
